Multiple Event Investigations
AEMRI’s expert analysts look at each of the events that come together to require a multiple event analysis. By looking at each event separately and as a group, the causes of the events can be determined – and corrective actions can be placed in effect that will prevent recurrence of the grouping of events. Common Factors Assessment
A common factors assessment is designed to look at the recent performance history of a company, department or group – and predict those elements that, if changed, would help improve performance. By analyzing the information on past events, field observations, management observations, near misses, etc. and coding these using AEMRI “smart” codes, our personnel develop a profile of the failures of the policies, programs, processes, procedures, organizations, and people. This failure profile forms the basis for the improvement recommendations.
