Procedure Quality Assessment
Determines the quality of individual critical procedures (technical and administrative) to identify specific areas that need to be improved, and how to improve them to reduce field errors by users. Company personnel participate in the assessment and retain the ability to put the assessment tools in their internal assessment programs. |
