Nuclear Security Assistance
• Assisted with security-related improvement projects at several nuclear plants
• Assisted with Event Analysis and Procedure Improvement Efforts
Midwest Nuclear Utility
• Assisted with Engineering Design-Related Projects
• Assisted with Event Analysis and Human Performance Improvement projects
US Military Base
• Subcontracted to perform a review of Military Privatization Project Management activities for the preferred electrical power provider
• Developed Corrective Actions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of future improvement projects
Department of Energy Site
• Contracted by the Primary Contractor to conduct a review of the Event Analysis Process
• Included the Price-Anderson Act requirements and best practices as identified by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission
• Developed Corrective Actions for future improvements
International Pipe Supplier
• Identified the cause of Heat Recovery Steam Generator tube leaks
• Developed Corrective Actions to Preclude Recurrence of similar events in the future
Southeast Nuclear Utility
• Contracted to conduct work in the Corrective Action Program
• Reviewed and improved the Summary of Performance documents submitted to the Institute of Nuclear Power Operators in Atlanta, Georgia
Southwest Electric Power Provider
• Contracted to improve the control of Switchyard Drawings
• Improved that document control process resulting in fewer errors, a better secured electric power supply, and improved electrical grid stability
